Join us for individual soccer footwork activities which are crucial to a player’s development. These activities will help players to develop their ball control skills, improve their footwork and coordination on top of the ball, while enhancing their overall speed of play. Come build your confidence, master necessary techniques, and take your game to the next level.

This style of functional training had a record fall session...
Players must continue to keep their technical shape in order to stay at the level you have developed up to this point....
Below are the details for the Forward/Midfielder functional training for the winter. (Brand new sessions on Midfielder functional training mixed with Forward/Striker).
Sessions max out quickly!... Last fall the 1st session was filled within a few days....
FRIDAYS – 6:00 pm to 6:45pm for U13 and U16 Boys and Girls (Birth year 2008, 09, 10, & 2011)
Sesson 1-- $70 for Five Sessions 1/12, 1/19, 1/26, 2/2, 2/16/24.
Session 2-- $70 for Five Sessions 2/23, 3/1, 3/8, 3/15, 3/22/24.
